SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery policy
Placing an order? Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (working days only).
All our products are shipped from Montreal, Canada and Dakar, Senegal. Each order carries a tracking number that we share via email. The exact delivery charges will be calculated during checkout.

Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping charges (and returns charges if applicable) are non-refundable. You will still be charged the shipping fees and any return fees if you refuse the items at the time of delivery.
Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other hipping fees are non-refundable.
Return and exchange policy
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item because it is damaged, you may return it to us for a full refund. If we sent the wrong item, you are eligible to exchange your purchase.
CANCEL
You have a legal right to cancel a contract. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Days mean calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original package.
Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel.
Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.
If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been despatched. Contact us at order@linguere.skincare.com
We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if you have used the product(s).
DAMAGED GOODS
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 21 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products. In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.
